Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.aiforservicetrades.com (the "Site"), operated by AI for Service Trades ("AI for Service Trades," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Informational content only

Content on the Site, including descriptions of services, examples, FAQs and articles, is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment or other professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Examples labeled "illustrative" are hypothetical and do not describe actual client results.

3. Pricing, proposals and services

Prices and timelines shown on the Site are estimated ranges, not offers. The scope, price, deliverables and timeline for any engagement are set only in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Any credit of an audit fee toward implementation applies only as stated in the signed agreement.

4. No guarantee of results

Results from AI tools and automation depend on many factors outside our control, including your software, phone systems, data quality, staff adoption, market conditions and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as call volume, bookings, revenue or cost savings.

5. Scheduling and communications

Calls are booked through a third-party scheduling service, and your use of it is also subject to that provider's terms. If you agree to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. 6. Third-party products and trademarks

The Site may mention or link to third-party software and services, including ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Skimmer, QuickBooks, Calendly, Claude and Perplexity. These names are trademarks of their respective owners. Unless we say otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of these companies. Your use of any third-party product is governed by that provider's terms, and we are not responsible for third-party products, websites or content.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design and code, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission. "AI for Service Trades" and our logo are our trademarks.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any related systems.
Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or overloading it.
Scrape, harvest or collect information from the Site by automated means except as allowed by our robots.txt file or with our permission.
Submit false information or impersonate any person or business.
Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI FOR SERVICE TRADES AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER A SEPARATE SIGNED CLIENT AGREEMENT, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN TERMS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AI for Service Trades and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them. We may suspend or end access to the Site at any time.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
